Buddha Exit

Buddha Exit

Buddha Exit

Breathe. Stillness. The gate is open.

I am not my wanting. I am not my fear. I am the mountain. Clouds pass. I am here.

I renounce the harm. I renounce the grasp. I renounce the wound. Peace at last.

Silence is my temple. Truth is my breath. Words are useful, or they are death.

My hands are empty. My heart is light. I take no life. I do no wrong tonight.

I earn my bread with harmless hands. I build no cage for others. I serve the earth. I love my brothers.

I guard my mind like a garden gate. I water what is good. I pull the weeds of hate. I stand. I could.

I watch the river of my thoughts. I do not grab the stream. I sit upon the bank. I wake. I dream. I am not the dream.

One point. One light. One breath. The world dissolves. The self is gone. There is no left. No right. Just stillness. Just this.

The gate was never locked. You were always home. The Buddha’s path is walked. Now walk it. Alone. Together. Home.
